Hi there! I'm Xan, I'm a costume seamstress and cosplayer based in sunny Singapore. How Can I Help You?
I specialise in fabric based and sewn costumes, though I can make armour and props as well. I can also design clothes like Lolita dresses or D&D or other OC costumes for you too! Just drop me a message for a free quote.Things to note:
- The quotes I give don't include material costs
- I do not do wig styling

The Process
Here's how my process works:
1. You can drop me a message or an email for a quote! Please provide the front and back full body references for the character. Or if you're interested in customising a garment, send me a mood board!
2. We can then discuss the components needed and we'll make a list of each component you require.
3. I'll then collect at least half the commission fee (usually about 60%) and I can begin! No worries if you aren't able to make the 60% immediately, I am flexible with instalment plans as well. Just note that I won't hand over the costume until the final payment is made.
4. I will then go and get your materials and collect the material fees.
5. If possible, I'd like to have a fitting with you once some components are complete! That way we can ensure that the costume is just how you'd like it.
6. Once the costume is done, we can meet again to do the handover! Just make sure the final ~40% has been paid before we meet up.No worries if you don't remember the full process, I'll guide you and send WIP pictures as I craft your costume!Interested yet? Drop me a message and we can discuss!

Terms and Conditions
Pricing:
1. My quotes, unless specified, do not include material costs.
2. Any commission that requires less than 1 month to complete is considered a rush order. This will incur an additional rush fee.
3. The full payment must be made before the completed costume is handed over.Terms and Conditions
1. Upon agreement for a costume and its components, at least 50% of the commission fee must be made in order to confirm the order.
2. You are entitled to one complimentary alteration once the costume has been handed off. This is only valid for up to 1 month after the costume handoff date.
3. I am not liable for any damage done to the costume once it has been handed off, and you are responsible for the care for the costume once it is completed and given to you. Please remember that these costumes are hand crafted and are generally not made for sudden or excessive movements.
4. No refund will be given for a cancelled costume once the materials have been purchased. I will let you know before I go to purchase the materials, so if you need to cancel the plan, please let me know as early as possible.
